"Make Your Own"
Sessions
The
schedule for the 2002 AAA Annual Meeting in San Antonio
is designed so a limited number of "make your own"
sessions will be available. Two time slots are reserved
for these sessions: Thursday (August 15) from 5:45 to
6:45 pm and Saturday (August 17), also from 5:45 to
6:45 pm. Three rooms able to accommodate approximately
100 participants each are available for these sessions
on Thursday and three on Saturday.
The
slots will be allocated on a first come, first served
basis. To be selected, all that is required is to be
one of the first proposals received by John Fellingham
at fellingh@cob.ohio-state.edu
beginning 12:01 am EDT May 1 (and in no case later than
11:59 pm EDT May 15). The first proposals received during
this period will receive the available room allocations
and program slots.
All
you need include in your email to John at fellingh@cob.ohio-state.edu is:
- Your name
as a sponsoring individual;
- the title
of the proposed "make your own session";
and
- a one- or
two-sentence description of the session.
All
respondents will be notified of their status (assigned
a slot, wait-listed, or not accepted) no later than
May 20. Times, titles, sponsors and brief descriptions
of the "make-your-own" sessions will be published
in the printed and online meeting program.
