  • Discuss teaching knowledge management

Content
I will discuss knowledge management issues such as capturing knowledge (e.g., triggers), converting personally available knowledge to group knowledge, connecting knowledge to people and to other knowledge, facilitating collaboration, and measuring knowledge. I will survey knowledge management drilling down on a number of particular issues including taxonomies, measuring knowledge use and reuse, embedding knowledge management in processes, best practice knowledge bases, and lessons learned knowledge bases.
