Hotel Information
 The American Accounting Association’s
2002 Annual Meeting will be held at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter and
the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas.
When making your
reservations, it is important to identify yourself as an attendee of the
American Accounting Association Annual Meeting. Rates for Annual Meeting
attendees are guaranteed until the AAA's designated block of rooms is filled or
until July 8, 2002, whichever occurs first. Reservation departments are
generally open 24 hours. The hotel may require a room deposit. Following are
the special hotel rates being offered for the Annual Meeting.

Overflow Hotels
We have made arrangements for a block of rooms at special Annual Meeting rates
over the dates of the meeting at additional hotels in the area. Overflow hotels
are within three blocks of the Marriotts. When making your reservations, it is
important to identify yourself as an attendee of the American Accounting
Association Annual Meeting. Overflow hotel rates for Annual Meeting attendees
are guaranteed until the AAA's designated block of rooms is filled or until
July 23, whichever occurs first.

Shuttle Service
SATrans provides shuttle service between the airport and hotels in San Antonio.
It is available curbside at the airport every 10–15 minutes to all hotels
from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. On the return from the hotel to the airport,
continuous service is available every 30 minutes, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:50 a.m.
