Current Issues at the SEC

Description/Objectives:
This workshop affords participants an opportunity to learn about current issues at the SEC from current and former staff members. The content will provide excellent resources to incorporate into financial accounting and auditing courses, as well as insights for those conducting research related to SEC actions and issues. Topics will be timely and may include current rule making, enforcement actions, and international accounting and auditing issues.

Presentations and question/answer periods.

Those who have teaching or research interests in accounting, auditing, and regulation.
