Description:
The objective of this session will be to provide participants with examples of materials and ideas to enable the replication of a successful community financial services partnership between an academic institution, state and federal agencies, and numerous community organizations. Participating entities collaborated to leverage individual entity volunteers into a strong, well-trained, diversified, multi-generational volunteer pool to assist low-income, English as a second language, and older adults in the areas of asset building and asset retention.
