Regulatory and Standard Setting Update

Description/Objectives:
This annual workshop provides participants with the latest updates on regulatory and standard-setting issues. We have a history of strong participation and support of the SEC, FASB and also the PCAOB. The objective is to provide participants with access to top-level individuals in the regulatory and standard-setting communities that they would otherwise not have access to. This has been a successful program offering in the past, and with the continued rapid-fire rulemaking, this year should be no different.

Format/Structure:
This workshop will be a panel format. Each of the three speakers will make a presentation and entertain questions offered by the participants.

Intended Audience:
The intended audience is all FARS members and anyone who has the desire of meeting, and interacting with top-level regulators and standard setters. Participants will get the latest updates on recent rulemaking and standard setting activities as well as a glimpse of major projects and initiatives on the agenda.
