Tips for Success in Teaching Accounting Courses Online

Description:
This session will provide participants with tips on how to successfully teach online. It will include effective techniques in conducting chats sessions, managing threaded discussions, preparing course outlines, requiring research papers, and monitoring examinations. This session will be helpful to those faculty members who are having difficulty teaching online and also to those faculty members who would like to attempt teaching in cyberspace for the first time. Example of course outline will be provided, as well as excerpts of chats, threaded discussions, and other important areas involved in teaching in an online environment.
