Junaid M. Shaikh Curtin University Of Technology School Of Business Accounting Dept. Sarawak Offshore Campus Malaysia
Abstract: The research,"Financial Impact of Investment Incentives Towards The Managerial Accounting Decision To Invest ”, focuses on whether the incentives have actually influenced the investors in the country directly . The Malaysian investment regime is designed to serve the changing needs and directions of the country's industrial policy, in which the government has always played an active role. There are several factors that have been considered to influence the investors. Examples of these factors are economic, politic, investment incentives and social life. As incentives are one of the factors to attract investors, various types of investment incentives are being provided by the Malaysian government to the investors of both local and foreign.
