Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Update

Description/Objectives:
The objective of the SEC Update is to provide a review of important events affecting the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) during the past year. This years SEC Update will focus on year 2 compliance with 404, and discuss SEC initiatives going forward including providing management guidance, accelerated filers issues, and other matters of importance. The progress toward adopting International Financial Reporting Standards will also be discussed, along with the proposed proposed inclusion of eXtensible Business Reporting Language ("XBRL") tagged data in SEC filings.
