R. Eugene Rice, the Monday plenary speaker, serves as Senior Scholar at the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) and is on the faculty of Antioch University's new Ph.D. program in Leadership and Change.
Tuesday, August 8
Anthony Hopwood, Peter Moores Dean, Saïd Business School, Oxford University was the Presidential Scholar and Tuesday plenary speaker.
The Tuesday luncheon speaker was Floyd Norris, Chief Financial Correspondent of the New York Times.

Wednesday's plenary session featured a panel, "Is Accounting an Academic Discipline?" led by John Fellingham, The Ohio State University and Joel Demski, University of Florida.
