CTLA Brochure | Conference Information

Space for the Conference on Teaching and Learning in Accounting (CTLA) is limited. Registrations with payment will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. There are three options for registering for the CTLA:

Option 3: For those already registered for the Annual Meeting – Click here to add CTLA registration to your meeting experience. Students Click Here.(Please note that the CTLA Sunday CPE selections will replace any CPEs you may have previously chosen with your Annual Meeting registration.)

**If you choose to stay for the Annual Meeting you will not need to complete a separate Annual Meeting registration form. All Annual Meeting registration options are on the CTLA/Annual Meeting registration form.

Register by Mail (Check)

  • Make checks payable to the American Accounting Association.
  • Mail your registration form to: American Accounting Association, 5717 Bessie Drive, Sarasota, FL 34233-2399
  • If you mail a CTLA registration form to AAA that was previously faxed, please indicate so on the form.
  • CTLA registrations received after the July 21, 2008 deadline will incur a $50 late fee.

Register by Fax (VISA or MasterCard)

  • If you pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only), you may fax your CTLA registration form to (941) 923-4093 until midnight EDT July 21, 2008.
  • CTLA registrations faxed after the July 21, 2008 deadline will be charged the $50 late fee.
  • If you fax a CTLA registration form to AAA that was previously mailed, please indicate so on the form.

Confirmation and Receipt
You will be sent an email confirmation and receipt after your registration form and payment have been processed. Due to the volume of registrations that must be processed, please allow up to two weeks to receive your confirmation and receipt.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA in order to be processed.

  • No refunds will be available for cancellations after July 21, or for no-shows.

Hotel Information
The CTLA conference and AAA Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel and the Marriott Anaheim Hotel. Information about room reservations may be found online at http://aaahq.org/AM2008/hotel.htm.
