Central Park in New York City

Explore Central Park

Central Park is one of the urban wonders of the world, a green oasis in the great concrete, high-rise landscape of New York City. The park is over 840 total acres made up of 136 acres of woodlands, 250 acres of lawns, and 150 acres of water in 7 bodies of water. The first public park built in America, Central Park is completely man-made. It took 15 years and over $14 million (roughly $200 million today) to build the Park. We invite you to explore Central Park now and then plan to visit in August when you’re in town for the Annual Meeting.
