New this year, membership dues for the 2009-2010 member year are incorporated into the registration fee for all Annual Meeting attendees, including students.

- Register online to take advantage of a $30 discount on the meeting registration fee.
- Have your VISA or MasterCard ready to complete the submission of your registration. No other credit cards are accepted.
- Online registrations received after midnight (eastern) June 22, 2009 will be charged the $50 late fee.
- You can register online at the AAA website until 4:00 PM EDT July 20, 2009.
- If you are currently a student member and need to convert your membership to full, you will need to click on Register by Mail or Register by Fax and complete the Full Member Registration Form. We will convert your membership when your registration form is processed.
- Upon completing your online registration please print your confirmation page.

- Make checks payable to the American Accounting Association.

- If you mail a registration form to AAA that was previously faxed, please indicate that on the form.
- Registrations received after the June 22, 2009 deadline will incur a $50 late fee.
- Registrations received after July 20, 2009 will be assessed a $100 late fee.
- Upon receipt of your mailed registration please allow up to 72 hours to receive your confirmation by email.

- If you pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only), you may fax your registration form to (941) 923-4093 until 4:00 pm EDT July 20, 2009.
- Registrations faxed after the June 22, 2009 deadline, will be charged the $50 late fee.
- Registrations received after 4:00 pm EDT July 20, 2009 will be assessed a $100 late fee.
- If you fax a registration form to AAA that was previously mailed, please indicate so on the form.
- Upon receipt of your faxed registration please allow up to 72 hours to receive your confirmation by email.
Register On-Site
- Pre-registration closes at 4:00 pm EDT on July 20, 2009.
- On-site registration will be available starting August 1, 2009 at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Hilton New York Hotel.
- On-site registrations will incur a $100 late fee.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA in order to be processed.
- Cancellation requests received after June 22 will incur a $50 cancellation charge.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations after July 20, or for no-shows.
