CPE Verification

To receive the Certificate of Completion for CPE credit for this meeting, follow these steps:

1. Select and complete the online interactive CPE Verification Online form:
   • CTLA
   • Friday/Saturday/Sunday CPE Workshops
   • Monday Concurrent Session
   • Tuesday Concurrent Session
   • Wednesday Concurrent Session
   
   
   
2. Save document to your computer or print.
   
   
3. Email completed forms to Arlene Oliver, CPE Coordinator (cpe@aaahq.org) or fax to: 941-923-4093. PLEASE ATTACH ALL FORMS TO ONE EMAIL MESSAGE, OR FAX TOGETHER IN ONE TRANSMISSION.
   
   
4. Allow 4-6 weeks to process and email the certificate.
