Revenue Recognition: Charting a Course for an Uncertain Future

Description: Workshop will be a comprehensive analysis of the proposed NEW revenue recognition standard, contracts with customers, as put forth by the FASB and the IASB. The primary objective is to evaluate, examine, and explore how a company's financial statements will be impacted by the new standard. The above objective will be accomplished by using the lecture/discussion format as well as numerous examples with particular attention paid to the industries most affected by the new accounting guidance.
