Review the report submitted by the 2006-2007 task force of possible midyear meeting locations. Investigate the feasibility of these sites in terms of transportation and other logistical issues. |

Develop a survey to determine membership preferences regarding meeting locations (similar to the survey last conducted in 2003) and present a draft version to the Trustees for their comments and approval at the February 2008 meeting. |

Work with the ATA webmaster in conducting the membership survey and present the results at the 2008 annual meeting. |

Review the 24-page list of Duties for Vice President that was developed by the 2005-2006 task force and update as necessary. |

Work with the Midyear Meeting Site Selection Committee in identifying and researching hotels once they have made their tentative selection for primary and backup locations. |
