ABSTRACT:

In the Spring 2001 issue of Journal of Information Systems (JIS), Borthick, Jones and Kim presented a case in which students were to query a Microsoft Access database in order to determine the mutual assurance concerning customer service for an automobile manufacturer and its local dealer network. I follow-up this case by presenting an additional teaching note to the case that develops query strategies and solutions for the case using Oracle and its SQL application, SQL-Plus.
