The special room rate for meeting attendees is $109.00 plus 14% tax (US – single or double occupancy).

• To receive the special conference rate be sure to make your reservations by March 20, 2006
• Identify yourself as attending the American Accounting Association's Mid-Atlantic Region Annual Meeting.

When making reservations by phone or fax please specify that you are requesting the group rate for the American Accounting Association's Mid-Atlantic Region Annual Meeting. The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed by a deposit in the amount of the first night's room and tax.
