Registration Information
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), Collected Abstracts, List of Registrants, Thursday evening reception, Friday breakfast, luncheon and reception and Saturday breakfast.

* Online registration is not possible for non-AAA member doctoral students, but they can register by completing the PDF registration form and faxing it to 941-923-4093. AAA member doctoral students may register through the online process.

NOTE: Preregistration is open until April 4, 2013, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations will be accepted on-site at the meeting location after this date.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after March 25, 2013 will incur a $30 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 8, 2013 or for no-shows.
