2009 Seedcorn Funding Initiative

Due to the success of previously funded four Seedcorn Funding projects CIMA is re-launching the Seedcorn Funding research initiative in 2009 to a more global arena.

CIMA recognises that it can be difficult for less experienced researchers to obtain funding through traditional channels. We also know that it can be hard to fully evaluate the merits and feasibility of a research idea, without first undertaking preliminary investigations. Two previously funded projects were by PhD students from UK Universities. More information on Seedcorn Funding initiative can be found at www.cimaglobal.com/research.
