The Annual Meeting Registration Fee includes:

  • List of Participants
  • Admission to your choice of over 350 plenaries, panels, and research sessions which offer a possible 20+ hours of CPE credit
  • Sunday Evening Early Bird Reception
  • Monday Evening Welcome Reception
  • One Ticket to the Tuesday OR Wednesday Luncheon (Tickets are provided on a first come, first-served basis.)
  • Refreshment Breaks
  • Cyber Café Admission

Note: CTLA and pre-conference workshops require separate registration and may be added at the time of Annual Meeting Registration.

Guest Registration
A $60 guest registration fee is required for guests 12 and older. Accounting faculty and students are NOT eligible to register as guests. Paid guests must be listed on the registration form.

Guest Registration Fee Includes:

  • Name Badge (required for admission to events and activities)
  • Receptions
  • Exhibit Hall
  • Career Fair
  • Cyber Café

The guest badge does NOT include admission to the Career Center, sessions, CTLA or Pre-Conference Workshops and Symposia (CPEs).

Can I add Events/Guests/Workshops to my Annual Meeting Registration?
After July 15, any registration changes should be made onsite at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Ticket changes will be accommodated based on availability.

Special Food Requirements
Members attending the Annual Meeting who need to request a gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian meals must indicate so on the Annual Meeting registration form. Information regarding entrees at the luncheons will be available at the AAA Registration Desk in the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Americans with Disabilities Act
It is the intention of the American Accounting Association to comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
