Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pat Stein at info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 12. No refunds will be available after July 12.

Changes or Additions to your Annual Meeting Registration
If you would like to make a change to an Annual Meeting Registration that has already been processed, you may do so by submitting this form by scanning and attaching to an email to our  Membership Staff, Pat Stein and Mary Beth Gripshover at info@aaahq.org, or fax (941-921-4093), or regular mail. After July 12, any registration changes should be made onsite at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. Ticket changes will be accommodated based on availability.

Visa Letter Requests:

  1.  First you must register for the Annual Meeting.
  2.  Once you have registered for the meeting, please email Pat Stein at pat@aaahq.org  with the following information: your name, address and university name as you want them to appear on the Visa letter.
  3.  All Visa letters will be sent in pdf form to the email address provided.
  4.  Please allow 3-5 business days to process.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA-sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
