Reminder: Planning for regional meetings to be held in the Spring 2001 has been ongoing. Deadlines for submissions vary by region, but are very near term. Please consult your regional director for details. As noted on page 5, submissions to the 2001 Annual Meeting in Atlanta are due by January 11, 2001. Your active participation helps to give the section a greater voice at these meetings.

Notice: Given feedback from our members, the Executive Committee has decided to phase out hard copy presentation of this newsletter. Accordingly, the plan is to discontinue hard copy delivery of the Accounting Educator after the next issue. If you feel that there are reasons to continue delivery, please let us know so that we can assess this decision.
