T&C Web News from Dasaratha V. RamaThe implementation and initial testing of the new design is now complete. Our next step is to make any necessary changes based on feedback from the T&C Executive Committee. We hope to go live by March 2001. We hope that you will share your feedback on the new site and provide ideas for further development. I would also like to take this opportunity to recognize the significant contributions of numerous students both in terms of development ideas and sustained effort. Ahlam Halifi, Pramod Kumar K. C., Renata Lara, Martin Warning and Dameng Ye contributed significantly to the overall site design. The Regions page was designed by Marjorie Norton, Pablo Reyes Sarinana, and Augustin Slamet. Renata made a significant contribution to the design and implementation of the graphical elements of the site. Martin's development of a stylesheet for the site should help us maintain consistency across the site in the future. Both of them played a leadership role in implementing the final design and in working with the other teams in implementing specific sections of the site. Ahlam and K. C. developed the storyboard and maintenance document. Both of these documents should have significant value in helping us develop and maintain the site in the future. They have also kindly agreed to continue to work on this site during this semester and have already tested the site and helped with integration of the different sections of the site. |
