The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Friday lunch and reception, Saturday breakfast and lunch.

Preregistration is open until September 26, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after September 4, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after September 24, 2012, or for no-shows.
