Charge:

Carry out all activities with regard to changes in the Association's by-laws. Specifically:

1. Review previous committees' reports and other important background material.
2. Review existing Association's By-Laws and recommend to the Executive Committee revisions where conflicts exist or other changes are needed.
3. Analyze any proposed changes in the By-Laws coming from other sources and recommend to the Executive Committee changes in form or issues that are not anticipated by such proposals.
4. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
