Corporate Accounting Policy Seminar Committee

Charge:

Plan and hold the Corporate Accounting Policy Seminar in accordance with established AAA policies. Specifically:

  1. Review the previous committees' reports and other important background material.
  2. Plan for and arrange to have the 2000 seminar conducted and administered.
  3. Ensure that adequate funding is received for the Corporate Accounting Policy Seminar.
  4. Keep the AAA membership, through the Internet or other means, informed of: a. Developments in the corporate accounting community. b. Research opportunities in the corporate accounting sector.
  5. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
