Charge:

Carry out all activities with regard to the Association's doctoral fellowship program. Specifically:

1. Select the 1999-2000 recipients of the doctoral fellowship grants using the criteria established by the Executive Committee.
2. Evaluate the doctoral fellowship grant program and recommend changes, as appropriate, to the Executive Committee.
3. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
