2000 Doctoral Consortium Directors Report

Charge:

Plan and hold the 2000 Doctoral Consortium in accordance with established AAA policies. Specifically:

1. Review previous committees' reports and other important background material.
2. Plan for and arrange to have the 2000 consortium conducted and administered, and consider whether the arrangements for the consortium should be altered in the interests of improving the value of the consortium for attendees.
3. Report on the results and effectiveness of the consortium and recommend any changes to the Executive Committee by August 31, 2000.
4. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
