Charge:

Serve in an advisory capacity for the Association's Director of Faculty Development. Specifically:

1. Serve as a sounding board for the Director of Faculty Development and Executive Director on new initiatives.
2. Assist in the establishment of faculty development priorities so that an appropriate balance is maintained among the areas of teaching, research, practice, and service.
3. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee' activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined
