Charge:

Plan and hold the 2000 Financial Reporting Issues Conference in accordance with established AAA policies. Specifically:

1. Review previous committees' reports and other important background material.
2. Seek the advice of appropriate Association committees on the content and structure of the 2000 conference.
3. Coordinate the conduct and administration of the conference.
4. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
