Charge:

Carry out all activities to select recipients of the Notable Contributions to Accounting Literature Award. Specifically:

1. Select the recipient(s) of the award from those books and articles identified by the Screening Committee as potentially notable contributions in accounting literature.
2. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
