Charge:

Assist Deloitte & Touche in conducting the Trueblood Seminars. Specifically:

1. In conjunction with Deloitte & Touche, to arrange to have the seminars conducted and administered.
2. Report on the results and effectiveness of the seminars and to recommend changes by July 15, 2000.
3. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
