Charge:

To administer the John R. Wildman Medal award program in accordance with the terms of the grant from the Deloitte & Touche Foundation. Specifically:

1. Select a recipient for the award for the year 1999-2000.
2. Provide the Executive Committee, through the designated liaison person, reports on the committee's activities for each Executive Committee meeting (dates to be determined).
