Charge:

Carry out all activities with regard to the Association's doctoral fellowship program. Specifically:

1. Select the 2000-2001 recipients of the doctoral fellowship grants using the criteria established by the Executive Committee.
2. Evaluate the doctoral fellowship grant program and recommend changes, as appropriate, to the Executive Committee.
3. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
