Charge:

Plan and hold the 2001 Financial Reporting Issues Conference in accordance with established AAA policies. Specifically:

1. Review previous committees' reports and other important background material.
2. Seek the advice of appropriate Association committees on the content and structure of the 2001 conference.
3. Coordinate the conduct and administration of the conference.
4. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
