Charge:
Carry out all activities with regard to changes in the Association’s By-Laws. Specifically:

1. Review previous committees’ reports and other important background material, as appropriate.
2. Review existing Association’s By-Laws and recommend to the Executive Committee revisions where conflicts exist or other changes are warranted.
3. Analyze any proposed changes in the By-Laws coming from other sources and recommend to the Executive Committee changes in form or issues that are not anticipated by such proposals.
4. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
