Charge:
Plan and hold the 2002 E & Y Technology Conference in accordance with established AAA policies. Specifically:

1. Review report on 2001 E & Y Technology Conference.
2. Plan and conduct the 2002 E & Y Technology Conference.
3. Submit a report on 2002 E & Y Technology Conference to the Executive Committee in time for review at the summer 2002 meeting.
4. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
