Charge:
Review the Association’s activities in promoting ethics education and
scholarship in the accounting community. Specifically:
- Provide a review of all such
activities, including those of prior Professionalism and Ethics Committees as
well as those of various sections, etc.
- Provide a recommendation to the
Executive Committee for phasing out the Professionalism and Ethics Committee,
and replacing its activities with self-sustaining activities across the
Association’s regions, sections and standing committees.
