To administer the John R. Wildman Medal award program in accordance with the terms of the grant from the Deloitte Foundation (formerly the Deloitte & Touche Foundation). Specifically:

1. Select a recipient for the award for the year 2002-2003.
2. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
