2004–2005 AAA COMMITTEES

AAA/FASB Financial Reporting Issues Conference Committee

Charge:

Plan and hold the 2005 Financial Reporting Issues Conference in accordance with established AAA policies. Specifically:

1. Review previous committees' reports and other important background material.
2. Seek the advice of appropriate Association committees on the content and structure of the 2004 conference.
3. Coordinate the conduct and administration of the conference.
4. Ensure that the 2005–2006 committee members are invited to the 2005 conference.
5. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
