NOTABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO ACCOUNTING LITERATURE
AWARD SELECTION COMMITTEE

Charge:

Carry out all activities to select recipients of the Notable Contributions to Accounting Literature Award. Specifically:

  1. Select the recipient(s) of the award from those articles, monographs, or books, published in English, identified by the Screening Committee as potentially notable contributions in accounting literature.
  2. Coordinate selection with the Wildman Award Committee to assure diversity of awardees. Consider the diversity and breadth of AAA member research activites.
  3. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
