TRUEBLOOD SEMINARS COMMITTEE

Charge:

Assist Deloitte in conducting the Trueblood Seminars. Specifically:

  1. In conjunction with Deloitte, to arrange to have the seminars conducted and administered.
  2. Report on the results and effectiveness of the seminars and to recommend changes in time for consideration by the Executive Committee at its August 2007 meeting.
  3. Provide a progress report to the Executive Committee liaison in time to be included in the agenda book for each Executive Committee meeting.
