2009–2010 AAA TASK FORCES
AND TEAMS

National AAA-COSO Liaison Task Force

Charge:
The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Task Force will seek to improve coordination and information between members of the task force and the executive committee to assure that plans and issues addressed will continue to contribute importantly to the efforts of both organizations. Regular communication and related reports will be provided.

Membership
New committee members are appointed annually by the President.

Meeting
This committee meets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the committee charter as above.
• The Chair prepares and sends a progress report twice every term-year, with deadlines of October 23rd 2009 and Februray 26th 2010, to the Executive Committee Liaison, AAA President, and Executive Director regarding accomplishments or modifications.
