2009–2010 AAA TASK FORCE COMMITTEES


Non-Tenure-Eligible Task Force

Charge:
To develop a plan for an AAA program to be offered to teaching-oriented faculty to support their professional development. The completion of the program will result in a certification of a level of professional development achieved. The report will include an implementation plan and timeline. The Task Force will provide a report to the AAA Executive Committee no later than the June 2010 Strategic Planning committee meeting. The report will include a specific proposal for a development program to be provided to faculty.

Meetings:
Meetings will be held via the AAACommons and through conference calls.

Membership:
This Task Force will complete their work by August 2010, at which time the group disbands.

Responsibilities:

  • The Task Force Chair will provide quarterly reports to the Executive Committee.
  • The Task Force will fulfill the charter described above.
