Core Strategy Team

Charge
The Core Strategy Team is responsible for creating and proposing Association strategic plans to the Executive Committee. The Team will meet several times per year to:

  • Review the progress of current strategic initiatives.
  • Consider global economic and accounting patterns that affect the strategic plan.
  • Maintain a strategic renewal every 3 to 5 years.
  • Plan Executive Committee agendas for the fall and spring meetings, the strategic planning meeting, and the EC meeting at the Annual Meeting.

Membership

  • There are four members on the Team including the Executive Director (chair), all individuals in presidential positions (the Past President, the President, the President-Elect, and when identified, the President-Elect nominee).

Meetings

  • The team meets as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the committee charter above.
