National AAA-COSO Liaison Task Force
Charge
- The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Task Force (COSO) will seek to improve coordination and information between members of the Task Force and the Executive Committee to assure that plans and issues addressed will continue to contribute importantly to the efforts of both organizations.
Membership
- New committee members are appointed annually by the AAA President.
Meeting
- The committee meets as needed.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the committee charter as above.
- The Chair will have the opportunity three times every term-year to prepare and send a progress report which will be available for the Executive Committee to review at their next meeting. This report should include accomplishments and suggested modifications and should be sent to the AAA President, the committee’s Executive Committee Liaison, and staff liaison, Barbara Gutierrez (barbara.gutierrez@aaahq.org).
