Pre-registration is closed. You may register for the meeting on-site.
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to events) and all meals beginning with lunch on Sunday through breakfast on Tuesday. The New Chairperson’s Program is free and includes breakfast on Sunday, but pre-registration is required. The early registration deadline is January 5, 2009.
Members can pre-register online for the meeting. You will be prompted to log in by entering your AAA user ID and password. Note: payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard only. Non-members should follow Mail/Fax Registration instructions below.
If you have forgotten your user ID and password, you may retrieve them by entering your email address on the login retrieval form located HERE. (Note that the email address you enter must be the same email address contained in your AAA member record.) If you do not receive an email message containing your login information, please contact the American Accounting Association at email@example.com or (941) 921-7747.
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 5717 Bessie Drive, Sarasota, FL 34233-2399. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA (email firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after January 5, 2009 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 26, 2009, or for no-shows.
