Registration Information

Preregistration is closed. Registrations will be taken on-site during the conference.

Registration Information
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Sunday and Monday lunches and receptions and Monday and Tuesday breakfasts. The Networking Breakfast and Practical Strategies Program on Sunday are free, but preregistration is required.

Registration Fees

Registration, on or before January 16, 2012 $230
Late Registration, after January 16, 2012 $255

NOTE: Preregistration is open until February 4, 2012, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations will be accepted on-site at the meeting location after this date.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after January 9, 2012 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 30, 2012, or for no-shows.
