Registration Information
Includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Sunday and Monday lunches and receptions and Monday and Tuesday breakfasts. The New Chairperson’s Breakfast and Practical Strategies Program are free but pre-registration is required.

Registration, on or before January 14, 2013 $295
Late Registration, after January 14, 2013 $345

Preregistration is open until February 4, 2013, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after January 14, 2013 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after February 4, 2013, or for no-shows.

Americans with Disabilities Act
